Fresha: Sales → Appointments → pick a date range → Options → Export → choose CSV. Open the file and paste the rows above, or upload it directly.
Booksy: Booksy doesn't let you export appointments yourself — open Help in your Booksy dashboard and ask their support team for a CSV of your appointments (include date, time, client and service). While you wait, you can paste bookings from your notes instead.
